The hotel had a nice pool, beautiful location, helpful and dedicated staff, close to Taksim/Istiklal street, courteous and attentive personnel.

Convenient location with nearby bus stations. Friendly and hardworking staff, especially Eren and Hasan at reception. Quick and efficient room change. Clean and spacious rooms with complimentary amenities. Helpful and multilingual staff member named Can Sahinhe.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff here is absolutely wonderful - from the courteous and attentive reception and lobby staff to the helpful and friendly personnel. We were impressed by the exceptional customer service standards, including early check-in, a complimentary room upgrade, and a delightful fruit platter upon arrival. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and had clean bedding, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. We also appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee/water, which added a nice touch of convenience to our stay.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is not conveniently located near tourist attractions or major sights in the city.

The hotel's location near Taksim Square was excellent. It was just a short walk from Istiklal Street and had convenient bus stations nearby. The staff, especially Can Sahinhe, was helpful and professional. Can were great too suggest places for me to visit and was always ready to assist with a smile on his face. He even spoke multiple languages, making communication easy for everyone.
